Occupancy Limits: The property must not exceed the maximum number of occupants as stated in the booking confirmation. Guests are required to maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately. Illegal activities, excessive noise, and events or parties are strictly prohibited.

A refundable security deposit may be required to cover damages or extra cleaning costs. This deposit will be returned during checkout, less any deductions. Guests must adhere to all house rules provided by the host and respect local laws. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including damages caused by their guests or pets.
